Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lily Bee Pots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
